As an Early Years Practitioner, my initiative focuses on promoting holistic development in young learners through a child-centered, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. This initiative is designed to support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth during their formative years, recognizing that early childhood is a critical foundation for lifelong learning. The approach emphasizes play-based learning, where children actively engage in meaningful activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, critical thinking and problem-solving.
