As a registered non-profit, we unite stakeholders, practitioners, and organizations to champion children's rights, influence policies, and share knowledge and experiences for the betterment of ECCD in Ghana and beyond."

PRIMARY PURPOSE To act as a central hub for all Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) stakeholders, practitioners, and organizations in Ghana, fostering a cohesive and unified approach towards ECD initiatives.
Our Vision Envisioning a nation that embraces comprehensive and inclusive early childhood care and development for lifelong learning.
Core Objectives: 1. Policy Implementation and Advocacy: • To serve as a key player in the implementation of ECD policies, including the Nurturing Care Framework and other related initiatives, at both national and international levels. • To advocate for and influence ECD policies and practices that ensure the holistic development and well-being of children in Ghana. 2. Strengthening Partnerships: • To harmonize, diversify, and strengthen partnerships among a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including educational institutions, policymakers, NGOs (both local and international), and ECD practitioners. • To improve the general well-being and developmental outcomes of children in their early years through collaborative and integrated efforts. 3. Promotion of Quality Education and Research: • To champion the cause of high-quality Early Childhood Education and Research in Ghana. • To encourage and facilitate research-driven strategies and interventions in ECD, promoting innovative and effective educational practices. 4. Professional Development Support: • To provide continuous professional development and support to ECCD practitioners, enhancing their skills and knowledge for better service delivery. • To establish platforms for training, knowledge sharing, and capacity building of ECD professionals. 5. Knowledge Generation and Dissemination: • To create and foster platforms for the generation, documentation, and dissemination of ECCD knowledge and research findings. • To facilitate the sharing of experiences, best practices, and new insights in the field of ECD both within Ghana and internationally. 6. Resource Mobilization: • To mobilize resources effectively to provide sustained programmatic support to local NGOs, community-based organizations, and ECCD actors in Ghana. • To ensure the optimal utilization of these resources in achieving tangible and impactful results in ECD. 7. Collaborative Mechanisms for ECD Enhancement: • To contribute to the strengthening of multi-sectoral mechanisms in the delivery of quality, equitable, and inclusive Early Childhood Development in Ghana. • To engage in collaborative efforts that accelerate better ECD outcomes, addressing the unique challenges and opportunities within the Ghanaian context.
